Sticks & Stones
I just returned from Kansas archery turkey hunting. It was the most exciting hunt I've ever had! I had several long beards strutting and drumming in front of my blind...even had hens pecking at my decoy and being bred by huge turkey gobblers...but never connected with one! I spent 30 plus hours in the blind over 4 days...I can't hardly wait until next April first...I'll be back for a re-match!

Brother,
That is a long time to sit in a blind. What did you do the during the slow times? Sorry you didn't get to harvest a bird, but it sounds like it wasn't for lack of shooting Robin Hood.
